1. Intro

I finished reading Bang, but don’t worry this is not going to be a book review on my boys work. What I did find interesting is the section on how he got to the point of gaming girls. It seems that guys like Roosh and myself, guys who approach the player lifestyle as science all begin the path to this road with one step. Rejection. That’s right, being rejected by one woman is all it takes to drive a man to master the art of seduction. My one happened senior year in high school. I had been dating the same girl (a junior) for the past two years. Being the loving girl she was she dumped me two months before my senior prom. But it wasn’t her. It took me a month to finally get up enough nerve to ask one of the hottest girls in the senior class. A girl who I’d had a crush on since 6th grade. Let’s just say it didn’t go as smoothly as planned. There might have been laughing involved. She ended up going with the basketball player and eventually went on to UVA where she “dated” the quarterback. You could say she liked the ballers.

2. Online Dating

I went to college and thanks to a pair of Greek letters, the next four years were spent blacked out and fornicating. Thank God for southern girls, Beam, and tight black pants. After college is when my real education began. I met my boy PhD who taught me the rules. It took about a year of working the grimiest bars in the DC/ Nova area before everything started to click in. I figured out that there are stages in player development that most if not all of us go through. Unless you’re extremely rich or an athlete, we all must go through the same trials and tribulations as the next guy. Here are the stages that I’ve identified and those that you can spot if you read Bang……

3. Rejection

Like I said this is the starting point. It usually takes repeated failure before you come to the conclusion that there are things you can do that will increase the chances of you having sex with a girl you just met or have liked for a while. You realize that there are guys out there that have more experience than you so you seek them out for knowledge or advice on how to pick up girls.

4. Trial by fire

This is a reprograming stage if you will and the hardest part of improving game. You must erase everything you thought you knew about women everything TV and your parents told you is false. You learn how women really think and what their expecting. You’ll hear “no” so many times but you must stay the course to make it through. At first your goal is to just not hear the words “no”. Then it’s to keep the conversation going long enough till you get what you want. You’re like a boxer trying to make it to the 12th round. Slowly things star to click and if you stick it out to the next stage, that’s when you get all the rewards.

5. Next level

This is the best part of the game. After years it suddenly all starts to make sense. The majors. By now your boys and you are just bouncing off of each others energy when talking to women. You’re like Jason Bourne able to adapt in any environment, to use common items and turn them into weapons to take down your enemy. You’re in the zone and thinking three plays ahead of her. When she smiles you’re thinking about the conversation, when she says hi you’re thinking getting her phone number, when she gives you her number you’re thinking about how you’re going to be getting home from her place in the morning. Rejection will always happen but at this point it becomes laughable. You simply chalk it up to the fact that she’s a lesbian and move on. It’s like now you’re a professional gambler who knows it’s a long term score and before you were some idiot throwing money away on the lottery. This is the stage where every depraved sex act you could possibly imagine gets experienced. The most important thing to remember is to always learn something from everything that happens.

6. Share the wealth

After you’ve become successful and you start to rack up stories and experiences younger guys will come to you for advice when they’re ready. Simply remember how that was you not that long ago. At first you’re going to want to make fun of him then remember how you once went up to the hottest girl in school and said, “Hey, if you’re not like busy for prom, I would really like to take you, you know if you’re not like doing anything or going with someone”

7. Final Words

After all, we’re all on the same team. We all know what it’s like to strike out at the club and have to go home to bottle of salad dressing, your couch cushion, and a DVD titled “Big Booty Bitches 8, The Bounce”. Don’t get it twisted the emotional burden of this lifestyle takes a toll on your psyche. It’s about going against your emotions and using your mind over your heart to always be rational. It’s not as glamorous as it looks. As my boy once said, “Pimping aint easy but it sho is fun”
